Shipping conditions & Returns:

 

Delivery time within Austria in approx. 2-4 working days. 

 

All prices incl. VAT and plus shipping costs.

 

Shipping costs Austria 
For delivery per delivery address € 5,90

Shipping costs Germany
For delivery per delivery address € 9,90 

Rest of Europe: € 16.90

Rest of the World:  € 25,00

Returns:

It is not a problem should the shoes not fit. We accept exchanges or returns for any reason within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as your loafers are unworn, and in the same condition (intact sole!) as you received them. Please send us a short email to office@aicus.at before returning your shoes.

If you are returning your order from outside the EU, please make sure to mark the package as a return to avoid delays and charges at customs.
